Requirements

1. Call for entries: October 2023-March 15, 2024

2. Targets: students and postgraduates of universities and colleges, as well as those who have joined the workforce within three years after graduation, independent producers, domestic and foreign video shooting enthusiasts, animation and advertisement creators.

3. The selected works are video works created in the last three years (after April 1, 2021).

4. Drama and documentary works shall be less than 30 minutes in length; commercial advertisements shall be less than 3 minutes in length; promotional films shall be less than 10 minutes in length; micro-video works shall be less than 5 minutes in length; comedy short videos shall be less than 10 minutes in length; animation works shall be less than 10 minutes in length; and drone aerial photography works shall be less than 5 minutes in length.

Participation Methods

1. Get the entry form

Login to Baidu.com (link: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1zziuzOE0qISpCcsxVaXn8Q?pwd=1234 extract code: 1234), follow the WeChat public number "Capital Normal University KED College" to get the entry form. Or contact the staff of the organizing committee for the application form.

2. Format and method of submitting works

 (1) The entries should be 1080P or above HD works; MP4 format (recommended), (MOV) format, H264 video decoding, MPG format, RMVB format, AVI format; and other formats that can be played by mainstream players.

 (2) Participants should fill out the "Entry Form" and submit their entries to the organizing committee by Baidu.com, email or mail. Please mark on the envelope and storage media (USB flash drive) the entry unit, the category of the entry unit, the author's name, the title of the work and the duration of the work, and the submitted entries will not be returned.

Send the link of the Baidu web disk (download time permanent) of the entry files to the Organizing Committee's email address kedexc2@163.com. Works smaller than 2G can be sent to the Organizing Committee's email address in electronic format.

 (3) The folder of submitted works includes: video of the work; entry form; 1 horizontal stills (video screenshot); 1 recent photo of the director; to ensure fairness of the selection, the name of the folder of submitted works and the name of the video work should be the name of the work, not the name of the school or the name of the individual.

3. Entries to be sent

Entries should be sent to the organizing committee by March 15, 2024 via Baidu.com, email or mail.
