The visually impaired,

Notes for Entry

1. The definition of the original video file should not be less than 720P (MPG format is recommended), and if there is any dialog, it must be accompanied by clear and simplified Chinese subtitles.

2. The length of the work is recommended to be 3-10 minutes.

3. The title of the work must be in simplified Chinese, and if it contains English words, it must be accompanied by a Chinese translation. The title of the film is recommended to be no more than ten characters, and the genre description of the work and parentheses or title numbers are not allowed.

4. No fee will be charged to the public.
