On November 11, 2023, SPORT MOVIES & TV– MILANO International FICTS Fest unveiled the awards at the Lombardy Auditorium in Milan. The film "Me and My Winter Games" co-produced by Communication University of China won the“Guirlande d'Honneur”in the "Film" section, which is the first time that the IOC has authorized to produce a mascot film in addition to the official film of the Olympic Games.

After a five-day screening and professional evaluation, "Me and My Winter Games" finally won the“Guirlande d'Honneur”in the "Film" section. From the classic animation characters The Monkey King, Sheriff Black Cat, Nezha, Calabash Brothers, to the popular Briar and Bramble, the new young popular animation non-human, Lu Xiaohei, etc., the movie tells the story of Beijing Winter Olympic Games mascot Bing Dwen Dweng, Winter Paralympic Games mascot Shuey Rhon Rhon, and the pursuit of love and the beauty of the heart together with these animation characters in four chapters, which not only spreads the Chinese culture, but also shows the Olympic spirit of defying the hardships and being more united.

After winning the award, the supervisor and director of Me and My Winter Games, Prof. Wang Lian, said, "I am very happy to get the“Guirlande d'Honneur”, which is an affirmation of the collective artistic creation of more than 1,300 Chinese animation workers, allowing China's classic animation images to blossom on the world stage."
