On January 13, the 4th China Short Video Conference opened in the GTC Liuli Cultural and Creative Industry Park in Mentougou District, Beijing. The two-day event included the opening ceremony, main forum, six sub-forums, annual ceremony and media research.

With the theme of "Integration, Vitality and Co-construction", this year's conference aims to discuss the development prospects of the short video industry through keynote speeches, cross-border dialogues, exchanges and seminars, and to promote the vigorous development of the short video industry.

As the venue of the 4th China Short Video Conference, Mentougou District has rich resources for short video content creation. In order to help the high-quality development of cultural tourism industry in Mentougou District and create "poetic and picturesque Mentougou", the Mentougou District Culture and Tourism Bureau signed a cooperation agreement with the Micro Video Short Film Committee of China Broadcasters' Association on actively promoting the "Micro Short Drama Shooting Base" to land in Mentougou, and jointly building a new high ground for the promotion of Beijing's cultural tourism. Publicity new high ground and other cooperation matters signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The relevant person in charge of Mentougou District shared and exchanged views on the theme of "AI empowers the new era of 5G+8K", and promoted the digital new audiovisual industry.
